Job description:Due to our growing family we are looking for a builder to undertake the following work.Immediate start or can wait for 2-3 months, as long as jobs are quoted and booked within 2-3 weeks.It is a listed building for which we have had the verbal go ahead, but need to submit plans for the addition of the window. All else needs no further action. 1)Partition wall making 2 bedrooms out of one, adding a window to one part, plastering new wall, associated wiring, 2 new door frames and skirting. 2)Fitting new bathroom suite, tiling, plumbing. 3)Studwork in corner of bedroom to make ensuite bathroom, fitting new bathroom suite, associated plumbing, wiring and plastering, fitting door and skirting. Mains water, soil pipe and drains are within a few feet in the bathroom next door. 4)Make plans for the window,to submitt to listed buildings. (We can arrange this.) Thanks for looking.
