Job description:Planning a small extension to semi detached house. Extension will be on the back of the garage, and will include a toilet/shower room and a utility room to house freezer, washing machine and sink. The extension will fit between existing house and neighbours garage, and will be approx 12ft by 7ft 6in. Due to the lack of outside wall space there will probably need to be a skylight for natural light. Extension to be flat roof, and will continue the flat roof line of the garage.
