Internal reconfiguration in St Peter's

Job description:1) Plasterboard part of wall (full height, 2 feet width) to be replaced with 'proper' wall (bricks etc) and then replastered 2) Area of kitchen floor, roughly 3' by 3', is concrete raised 3" higher than the rest of the floor, where hot water tanks used to be. I would like this to be levelled with the rest of the floor 3) in lounge, used to have a back-boiler set into the fireplace, but have had this removed. i would like the fireplace boxed off (not sure that's the right term) so it's not blocked, but tidied up (e.g. with wood or plasterboard) Thanks
