Job description:EXISTING KITCHEN/DINING ROOM New Hall/Utility and small sitting room Replace existing radiator. Form new doorway will require supportbeam. Block up existing door and soundproof wall. Install new light switch Remove gas supply to kitchen Remove ceramic floor tiles, level, fix cork tiles Install plumbing for washing machine next to existing sink (which remains) Repair/replace stop cock. Install sliding doors across cupboards Install 2 external lights EXISTING UTILITY ROOM / SITTING ROOM New Kitchen-diner Remove partition wall; re-position electric socket + poss 2 others Fill in external door and remove external steps. Install gas supply for gas cooker. Remove laminate flooring, level and lay cork tiles. Remove radiator and associated pipework in WC Re-fit floor & wall kitchen units (new doors purchased); install new sink and tap (purchased) near to existing sink; fit worktops & upstand, Install cooker Install new ceiling lights (existing position). Install plinth heater. CLOAKROOM /WC Replace WC and wash hand basin and tidy up pipework Install new small radiator Install new central heating boiler (make good ceiling) Replace garden fence to r.h. side with wall to match - single block wall with render. Approx length 10.5m. There is a SWEB electric marker post in the garden it will be necessary to excavate by hand. Pave car hard-standing with bricks e.g. Marshalls Driveline 50 (area approx.3.8 x 5.5m ) Smooth over patterned artex ceiling to lounge (4.8 x 3.4m approx)
