Job description:I want the loft floored for storage and a loft ladder installed in my hallway. Also this loft needs to have a fire wall built between my property and next door. The property is C1890 and a four in a block temenent in Mackinlay Place Kilmarnock. The entry to the shared loft at present is in the shared stair well. However this is on the neighbours side so wont need to be closed up.
