Complete a "part complete" garage coversion in Kilmarnock North

Job description:Complete a "part complete" garage coversion. Currently wind and watertight but needs part of external wall rebuilt to locate window into the correct position. All internal finishings need but platerboard in place needing "taping" and a skim. Electricals already done but need to be checked, wood floor needs to be relaid, can easily be done as existing floor has been laid approx 18mm too low. Very frustrated and let down by original contractor who has not lived up to his repeated "guarantees". We have no problems with the funds which are already sitting in the bank. We require a good quality job so are only interested in hearing from professional builders who are prepared to undertake this. No massive time deadline and we are happy if the builder wishes to use this job as a "filler" for when weather is bad etc. The room will be approx 18 feet by 9feet
