Job description:Remove all loose and damaged render / roughcast Strip all slates around chimney and remove all lead soakers and flashings. Repair as necessary roof timbers. Replace all lead soakers, flashings and saddle Provide a key for render (rake out or stainless steel mesh) Fit stainless steel drip beads/angle beads Pva using external pva Apply scratch coat with water proofing additive Apply finish render coat Replace flaunching (mortar on top of chimney) Refit slates around chimney Bed ridge tiles that have been removed 2 x chinmeys and also require firm quote to repair rendering on other areas of building
