Job description:Keeping half a kitchen, extend it in to part of the hall and part of the living room. Take out a wall in to the present dining room via the current utility room. Paint and decorate all rooms in the house. Move the central heating boiler to the side wall. Extend the units in the kitchen and replace the work surfaces. Install new cooker, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and larder fridge. Install new patio doors from dining area to garden (possibly larger feature windows instead, depending on cost. Repoint patio. Tile floor in kitchen diner - will need to lift or match current tiles. The house is 5 years old and matching kitchen units are still available. Need plans and drawings.
