Job description:Secure small porch to be added to extend living space, perhaps by less than 1.2 metres to bring outside toilet into the kitchen living space. New door for toilet, some brickwork, insertion of secure double doors and any glazing above brickwork. Drainage will be needed to be routed in as well and guttering requirements too. Budget is for labour only.
