Job description:The house is a mid terrace back to back. The cellar is 50% above ground with electricity and plumbing at cellar level. The floor is currently uneven and we anticipate it requires digging down a foot or so to get the required headroom but several houses on the street have been converted so this should not encounter any foundation issues. We would like to conver the space into a large kitchen.
