Job description:Build a two room single storey extension 7.10 metres in length and 4.30metres in width, total of 30.53m2 to include uPVC rear door and windows as necessary. Leak proof flat roof to finish. Replace all roof tiles with new tiles as necessary, to include replacement of wooden battens and under felt and application of concrete render between each course of tiles as necessary. All roof tiles to be nailed to battens, rather than standard nailing procedure. Laying of new loft insulation
