Job description:Three bedrooms need extra sockets and new central lights fitted. i need six fire doors fitted and two fitted with self closing fitments. hard wired fire alarm and a house alarm. A large bathroom divided in two, new door created onto landing and maybe a widow to outside. one side of the bathroom will need a loo fitted and a shower over the bath, the other side will need a wash basin fitted. The dividing wall is approx 10.5 feet wide and 8.5 foot high. i will need a washing machine plumbed into the kitchen.
