Job description:basement approximately 12' x 16' total area, currently two rooms, one large and one small (a toilet). Exterior doors are both 28.5" x 78" one requires bricking up half way and adding a window, the other needs a new exterior door. plus one small window, total size with frame is 14" x 42" needs replacing. new damp proof floor required in basement.
