Job description:We have planning permission granted to build to the side of our two bed end terrace over the existing driveway. This is to create a 'study', downstairs showerroom and utility on the ground floor and an enlarged landing and third bedroom upstairs. In addition, we will also be extending the kitchen backwards by 2.2 metres and building a new sloped roof with velux windows. We have a completed specification and full set of drawings and are ready to procede with the right builder whom we wish to project manage the build.
