Job description:Seeking quote and design ideas for a single garage with additional space for 2 bikes (or possibly double garage or if space permits), to built in a conservation area in LS19, Rawdon, Leeds. Permission is only likey to be given for a block rendered structure with slate or stone roof, and part stone facing to enable it to be in keeping with the properties in the area. Rough size 16ft x 22ft. Unfortunately I cannot provide a budget for this work as I have absolutely no idea how much this is likely to cost, but appropraite funds are available.This is a genuine enquiry!
