Job description:Work to be carried out to upstairs side bedroom. Would like to remove an internal structural (I believe) wall to extend into the eave speace. I believe that the floor joists would need to be stengthened as currently thay are only used to support the ceiling below. A floor panneling would then need to be fitted at same level as existing floor. Insulation fitted in exposed trusses, plaster board fitted and skimmed. All building regulations to be followed.
