Job description:It is a single ground floor extension enlarging the current room from approx 10ft x 12ft to 20ft x 22ft. There are two walls to take out. I have been advised that the materials for this job are around the £8,000 mark and I am happy to purchase whatever is required so I am looking for a labour only price - probably 2 or 3 weeks work. The roof is a hip roof
