Job description:Replacement or building supporting wall to living room lintel. Strengthening front roof purlins. Had a structural survey which recommends that the living room rsj is either strengthend with a 3ft supporting wall or replaced. In addition the front roof purlins need strengthening by metal "filtch" plates. Needs completing by end March.
