Job description:Both internal & external renovation of 1970's timber framed bungalow. Externally Refurb roof - take off roof tiles, battens & felt, fix new vapour layer, re-batten & re-fix tiles (install addn't loft insulation at same time). Replace fascias & soffits, gutters & downpipes. Replace all windows with new timber windows, including creating a glazed porch. Apply insulated render system to external brickwork. Internally Take down & re-configure the internal stud partitions, replace all electrics, replace boiler (replace any pipework if necessary), replace all radiators, replace all skirtings, architraves doorsets, rip out shower room, bathroom & kitchen & replace with new. Take up floor boarding to kitchen & double up on the timber joists supporting the suspended floor & re-baord. Over-board ceilings with plasterboard & skim. Ceramic floor tile the kitchen. Ceramic floor & wall tile the bathroom & en-suite shower room. Lay Oak floor boarding to the hall. Re-decorate all rooms. Photos, plans & details sketches plus a fully quantified scope of works is available & can be e-mailed over. We are looking to commence works at the start of April this year.
