Job description:Single storey extension required that will incorporate knocking out partioning wall between the back room and kitchen creating a kitchen diner style room.It will also extend into the garden by 4m the full length of the rear of the property which is approximatley 10m in length. The extension will also incorporate outside toilet and store rooms to create a utility room with inside toilet and wetroom. We would like velux style windows in the 'new' part of the room with large glass folding doors. We have yet to draw up final plans. In addition we would like to investigate building above the existing garage and outbuildings to create a fourth bedroom. We do not have planning permission yet but neighbouring properties have similar extensions.
