2 storey extension 7ft x 21 ft in Oadby

Job description:I would like a 2 storey extension adding to a 2 bed town house. Measurements are 7ft 2 by about 21 ft. The extension will have 1 room downstairs with a w.c at one end if poss and above that will be 1/2 bedrooms with access off the landing of existing house. There is a vent for the boiler on outside wall but think apart from that it would be quite straightforward to an expert! There is also a small flat roofed porch which I would like taking across the new extension with a pitched roof.
