Job description:small flat roof extension at rear of property... approx measurements 5m x 3m and 2m x 4m. rear of property already has flat roof so this would be adding onto the existing property in two separate locations. foundation already in place for both. would require insulation on floor/ dpm/ double cavity wall built from new and new flat roof (multi layer felt/ lead roof type). No plaster work/ electrical work required. Just two walls and roof.
