Job description:We have been granted planning approval for a site we wish to build in Leicester. The site comprises of an end Town House which backs onto the building land which is approx 0.39 Acres. We have been granted planning permission for the development of five houses: 3 x 2 storey four bedroom town houses, and 2 x 2.5 storey five bedroom semi-detached houses each with a garage. We would like to start the project ASAP. Would you be interested in putting an estimate together?
