Job description:House is a mid-terrace property. Two bricks have fallen out of the side of the central chimney, rendering one flue unusable. The missing bricks need to be replaced and the chimney repointed. The front downstairs bay window is roofed with lead sheeting which has come partially loose and slipped slightly. The sheeting needs to be moved back a few inches and secured in position.
