Job description:out buildings currently in poor state of repair approx 3 small rooms(ex coalshed and loo) spread across 3 x 1.5 mtrs approx and also yard which is 32 mts square. , the yard is currently full of rubbish and tarmac in poor stat - all needs removing from site, ground needs levelling as well as gullys (3)tidied and man hole raising, area should be made suitable for small children to play in possibly interested in coloured concrete and small feature. outbuidings need new guttering and new doors x 3 - secure. budget £2750. ideally would like to be able to access toilet from inside house, quote would be good on this too. thanks
