Job description:Single storey extension approximately 21 sq m. Extend existing kitchen to encompass existing outhouse (to the rear) and to the side of main dwelling. Extension to be of standard brick construction with a tiled roof, Solar panel to fitted to roof. Extension to the rear to be approx 3m, extension to the side to be approx 5m, extension to the side to include French doors to the front and rear. As the extension is to include removal of a load bearing walls experience of this type of work will be a requirement. Work to be completed by March 2010.
