Job description:create a jack and jill bathroom by taking space from two bedrooms, bathroom to include shower, toilet and sink possibly some storage. Tilingto the floor and halfway up the walls and all around the shower cubicle. spot lights to ceiling. sink to be housed in cupboard with storage beneath to be built from scratch. shower not electric but fed from hot water tank. Some electrical/tv points to be relocated and the removal of some built in wardrobes. Also to remove a wall, not sure if its a supporting wall, between the family bathroom and a bedroom, making good and some alteration in the family bathroom. Cutting of a new entrance into walk in wardrobe thru solid brick wall including careful removal of wooden pannelling to hallway. filling in of another doorway and wood pannelling to be placed over gap. Possible addition of new fuse box depending on what electrician states.
