Job description:Ground floor - openplan now with kitchen in old garage space - re-instate Garage and relocate kitchen to rear of property. Appropriate plumbing plasterwork, electric and flooring work. First floor - currently two bedrooms and ensuite - open up two adjoining b/rooms by inserting steel and removing wall and loadbearing airing cupboard. Remove ensuite. Area to form new lounge. Appropriate plasterwork, electric and flooring work. Sundry plasterwork and carpentry to hallway/stairs - possibly reclading/replacing stairs (each run is short at only 8 steps so easy job).
