Job description:We need to find a reliable building contractor to manage a complete building extension and rennovation project including designs, planning permission etc. Main details: - - Two storey extension at the back of the house (standard 3 bed semi-detached) to extend both the kitchen and bathroom. - Repair of out-house building connected to the left side of the house plus extension into the front drive-way providing a new porch area over the main entrance (front door). - New roof and drains on existing house structure. - Complete re-fit of all windows on existing house. - Internal work required with relocation of gas boiler/radiators, removal of old water tanks and possible re-wiring. - New fencing and rennovation of both front and back gardens. We hope to have the project carried out during spring/summer 2012.
