Dismantle new garden shed (10x8) create new concrete base and rebuild and install shed in Childwall

Job description:My daughter's old garden shed was dismantled and disposed of in 2010 and a new one constructed in its place. On seeing it sometime later I (her Dad) felt the base was unfit to take the new shed as in my view it is uneven broken concrete and shale and the shed is slightly tilted and door wont close. I realize that the people who put up the new shed didnt know how bad the base was until the old shed was pulled down and my daughter has let them go ahead and put up the new one. What we need is to get an estimate for someone to dismantle the new shed do a new concrete base and reconstruct and replace the new shed . p s we also feel the floor in the shed was 'springy' and could perhaps have an extra baton or to to make it firmer under foot
