Job description:We are currently in the process of submitting plans to build a three bedroom semi detached house. The land at the moment is a garden which is attatched to my mums home. We have already an Architect that has drawn up the plans. These plans will be finalised tomorrow evening and be submitted to the planning dept on Friday. Now we are in the process of getting reasonable priced quotes from building contractors to go ahead with this project, as we have already had planning approved to build.
