Job description:Fill in and insulate an existing archway from lounge through to dining room and plaster both sides.. Remove existing wall between kitchen and dining room to create a kitchen/diner complete. (A steel support maybe required depending on the joints of the ceiling). Remove existing gas cooker and move supply to new wall. Remove existing electrical supply and move to new wall including lights under upper kitchen cabinets and a supply for the cooker hood. Approx 5 double sockets and 1 cooker socket. Add approx. 12 spot lights (on 2 no. banks/switches) into ceiling and skim entire ceiling.
