Job description:We want to renovate and extend a small cottage which probably needs gutting first. It was built in 1890 of solid stone construction, and would like it to be.Sympathetically renovated in order to retain its character, particularly from the front. We would need three bedrooms plus another on top of an adjoining garage, wet room, bathroom, en suite and the basics. We would like a kitchen/dining area as opposed to a dining room and a lounge with doors opening out onto a patio. Thanks.
