Job description:Hi, i am in the process of buying an investment property. It will need some internal works, NO major alterations, floors resanding, painting and decorating, outside there is a private hardstanding for two cars, this may need resurfacing, general spruce up, etc. This job is to refurb an already OK property, but it stil needs bringing up to a very good standard. thank you.
