Fix leaking roof in Llansadwrn

Job description:Fix leaking roof, newly relaid last year with slates. Leaks where side roof joins main roof as well as where it joins utility room. Place new chimney pot on one of two chimneys on main roof as it leaks down into bedroom ceiling when it rains very hard. Fix leaks around top of mostly downstairs windows. Possibly two upstairs also. Total between 3 and 5 windows. Windows are soft wood and only about 7 or eight years old. There seems nothing wrong with the windows except having been badly fitted. With hard rain puddles appear on windowsills inside. We then have to place towels on window cills. Internal plaster also needs repairing. Also from leaking roof. Remove outside concrete by utility room wall on one side as outside is higher than inside and leaks water into bathroom through wall with lots of rain. Paint outside wall with waterproofer and make a duct to drain away all water away from the wall. Cover with a small drain cover. other possible jobs some internal dry lining to stop condensation forming on cold two foot stone walls which presently caused mould and damage clothing, food etc.
