Job description:Knock down conservatory and replace with brick and pitched roof extension. Sky lights either side of pitch nearest house. End of extension to have glass and patio style door. 4 double electric sockets. Under floor heating with cornish slate flooring. Plastering. Current TV aerial socket put back. Approx. 11X11 sq ft. Knock down part of old external wall to create L shaped kitchen diner on same level (conservatory currently lower floor level to kitchen).
