Replumb the wet heating system (megaflow) to enlarged garage room. Wire in lighting and power circuit to enlarged room. 4 downlights two way switching. Floor level in enlarged garage room to same as that in rest of house Plaster walls, remove building rubbish from site. Insulate the new living space to greater than min building standard Minimum disturbance to neighbours and tenants.
