Job description:3metre x 3metre approx with a gable wall to the right.solar glass and insulation to meet build regs, rsj's to knock through and patio moving and re pointing, all floors through new and existing room to match. air con supplied by me (unless you get it cheaper) and fitted. all plastered and 3x double sockets and light fitted with an existing security light moved and included in double switch point for both internal and external light. rsj's can be put in at the front of the wall, and i will need a doorway to be removed and re bricked due to colour match. would be a georgian with pitched roof, standard walls, no complications.
