Work includes moving an internal ground floor wall (suspected non-supporting, requires confirmation) and removing triangular chimney breast in middle of room, chimney breast supports a 9" stack (visible in 1st floor rooms). Also, removal of an external window (lounge) install patio door and increase in size / replace kitchen window.
