Job description:1) Knocking down four chimneys and repair the chimney wall, applying skim plaster on it. 2) Knocking down front room wall, putting new steel and making sure to leave minimum space under the steel. 3) Knocking down front room door and making a wall, both sides skim and plaster. 4) Reducing the width of pillars in the lounge and putting new steel, after reducing the width of pillar then re-repair of the pillars. 5) Back extension • Knocking down old roof • Increasing the height of extension and making patch roof with new timbers, new ceiling, roof with new batons, breathable sheet, insulation, guttering and facia. • Putting new upvc window (1500x1900) • In extension, knocking side door putting bricks and plastering both sides • In extension knocking two walls off including kitchen and toilet, picking the floor level up to match the lounge floor. • In extension sorting electric out and plumbing. • In extension making flat ceiling and making sure the level is matching with lounge steel level (up or down). 1) In the box room knock down the old ceiling and putting new plasterboard and skim on it
