Job description:(1)Carefully rake out mortar joints in Brick/Block wall. Ensure adequate key through dampening of surface stitch in new wrk using 1:1:6 cement/lime/sand mortar, colour and profile to match existing as far as is reasonably practical (includes debris removal. (2) Cut back wall plaste on Brick/Block wall to amin 75mm either side of cracking load & cart away. Repointing & stitch in new work, fix Expamet mesh & replaster (13mm two coat plaster, base coat of browning. (3)ease adjust & rehang windows (4) Suuply & renew mastic to frame/brick junc. Including raking out old if required.
