Job description:Removal of supporting wall between kitchen and old utility room to give a larger kitchen and dining area. Utility room walls to be plaster boarded and skimmed. Patio doors to be added to end wall for access to yard. Velux window in sloping roof of old utility room. (Possibly re-roof utility section.) Brick up 2 existing back doors. Level kitchen and utiilty room floors. New combi bolier and radiator. Main kitchen window to be replaced with double glazed window. Electrics/Plumbing for appliances plus extra sockets.
