New floor and water supply in Burnage

Job description:We need our old concrete kitchen floor replacing 5.5m x 2.5m. Its currently covered with ceramic tiles but many are cracked and the concrete underneath has deteriorated to dust in places. At the same time we need the old lead water pipe (in use) removing and new plumbing to be put in place so we can be moved onto the new mains outside. Some new pipework already exists under our drive somewhere, but it needs to be found (by digging up parts of the drive) and then bringing into the house. The water co. will have to approve the work before they will allow us to be connected to the new mains. Tradespeople must be knowledgeable of the water board criteria for connection and experienced of doing such work before.
