Relocate doorway into current downstairs bathroom to better accommodate kitchen plan, remove bathroom fittings from current bathroom as it is to become utility room. Convert upstairs boxroom to be new bathroom, no toliet required as one exists upstais in separate room. Fit wall fan, power shower and plumb new bathroom fittings. This job does not include the kitchen renovation / refit.
