Make a new opening and fit a self-build conservatory in Burnage
Needed: Builder in Burnage, M20
Job submitted:Dec 2, 2010
Job description:having posted a job offer here a few months ago on a purchase that fell through, we are now in the process again, and this one should go through with no problems. we need some building work to this one, and would ideally be able to discuss a rough high level quote, which can be refined upon a visit to the property once the purchase has been finalised (this should be if not late december very early january) the work needed is: 1. make an opening approx 2m wide x 2.5 high in the rear wall to the kitchen to accomodate a new conservatory, a new lintel is likely to be required 2. excavate/lay new floor slab and erect a cheap/self build type conservatory approx 3m x 2.5m footprint 3. (possibly) lay new dropped kerb and new driveway dependant on planning permission and costs the property will also require the glazed units in approx 6 no PVCu windows to be replaced, and may require one window to be replaced entirely - this job will be posted seperatly as a glazing job but if you can do all of this as a works package, we'd be intertested to hear from you! again, a new kitchen and bathroom will need to be installed, based on a cheap(ish) spec from howdens, or b&q trade etc. We would do all finishing etc, but the assembly and installation of units, plus associated M&E by a suitably qualified professional will need to be done by others. the M&E will be listed separately too..
Budget:£2,000 - £4,000
