Job description:We are looking for a contractor to do some internal works on our new office. The works we need doing are as follows: - Demolition of an existing stud partition and making good the area (no work on the ceiling is required). - There is a plug socket and data point within this existing partition that will need to be rewired into the new stud partition wall created. - Erection of a new stud partition wall (the stud frame from the above demolished partition should be able to be used as the partition is to be the same size – 129” x 8ft) and then plastering of the wall. - Inserting of glass panels (5 in total - The panel size is approx 33” x 77”) into another existing large stud partition wall. Please include in the quote the cost for materials.
