Job description:I am just about to buy a 1-bed apartment in St Johns Gardens, Manchester city centre, which needs some renovation work. There is (free) parking just outside and the flat is on the first floor. I'm looking for someone to fit a kitchen, bathroom, tiling, lay flooring, build wardrobers, plastering, fit downlighters, possibly move or intall a boiler and some other minor jobs. Room sizes are approx; lounge 13' x 15, kitchen 8' x 9', bathroom 5' x 6', bedroom 8' x 16'. The property purchase should complete in about 2-3 weeks time, so I'm looking for work to start shortly after that. The budget below doesn't include the cost of the kitchen, bathroom or flooring.
