Job description:Requrie the side of the house extending out by 1.2 meters. 1960's 3 bed Semi. Approx width of house 10m. Walls adjoining the new extension want knocking through with beams/lintels supporting the openings (upto 3m wide) max. Kitchen / Utility / Bathroom / 1 Bedroom adjoining. Also require staircase fitting to attic area. No finishing internal required thou. Just build work, floor boards plus electrical cables and water /drainage pipes fitted where required.
