Job description:Small end terraced property in need of modernisation. Have carried out a structural survey and can be viewed as there is some work also required on the gable (there is no signs of any subsidence). The interior need total refurbishment, new kitchen, bathroom, fireplace downstairs. Ceilings are currently office suspended tiles so need removing and replacing. It had a re wire within the last 10 years and currently has central heating although the boiler is very old and will need replacing. The downstairs consisting of a lounge with a very small dining area at rear and kitchen with lean too. Upstairs consists of bathroom and 2 small bedrooms off a small landing. It requires a site visit to give an accurate costing for the project.
