Plasterboard and skim ceiling to 2 beds upstairs, bathroom and repair area under stairs. Also plasterboard and skim ceiling kitchen area. Strip wallpaper from upstairs/downstairs and paint walls, ceiling and radiators throughout. Fit new 3 pce. bathrooom suite (supplied). Tile area next to bath. Repair guttering to rear of house and fit new flashing strip to flat roof. Viewing essential.
